Gonna see The Roots in Memphis
For some reason, I decided to check out the lineup for the 2005 Beale Street Music Festival in Memphis. Turns out that Sunday, May 1st, the final day of the festival, has an awesome line-up - Robert Randolph and the Family Band, Elvis Costello, Billy Idol and... The Roots.
I have always wanted to see The Roots live, so I think we're gonna make the trip. Tickets are $20 per day. That's a steal considering the lineup.
