Student film: Festus Rockefeller
This is the second of my two graduate thesis films. It was shot with a crew of one (me) and a cast of four in the Spring of 1997.

The films follows the day in the life of a man who is terrified of germs. He is so terrified, in fact, that he has not been out of the house in 5 weeks. In addition, he has covered the inside of the house in plastic and wears rubber gloves and a mask at all times. On this day, Festus is venturing out to attend a job interview. Unfortunately, the germs have other ideas.

As with "Unseen Power", "Festus" suffers from some terrible and/or missing audio in spots (especially the scenes in the bathroom and in the car). Scott Brown's performance, however, makes up for the film's other shortcomings.
