American Advertising Federation October luncheon recap
I made the trip up to Cleveland yesterday morning to speak at the American Advertising Federation's October luncheon.

I was invited to co-present with David Alston, Radian6's VP of Marketing, so I jumped at the chance.

We had a good turnout (150+) and great interaction with the attendees before, during and after the event. We even had decent Twitter back channel conversations happening which is always a good sign. Also got to connect with our partners from Rosetta including Adam Cohen and Dean Skinner.

David did a great job of framing up the overall discussion and then allowing me to share what we've learned through our social media work on Twitter and Facebook at Nationwide.

Thanks again to Lisa, King and Dan at AAF-Cleveland for the invite and to all those who attended. It was a lot of fun.
