"The Dirt" will be a movie in 2008
One of my favorite books ever is "The Dirt: Confessions of the World's Most Notorious Rock Band" which chronicles the rise (and ridiculous excesses) of Motley Crue in the 1980's. It's an absolute must-read for anyone who loved hair metal or anyone who likes to watch those E! True Hollywood Stories (even though it goes *waaaay* beyond anything you would see on TV).
According to ABC News, "The Dirt" is currently being made into a movie by Paramount and MTV. Even better news is that Christopher Walken is playing Ozzy Osbourne. And Val Kilmer is playing David Lee Roth.
I can't wait for this movie!
